Hospitality seating fails when it’s built like home furniture. We construct on hardwood and engineered frames, use high-resilience commercial foam that holds its shape, and finish with contract-grade vinyls, performance fabrics, and leathers chosen for abrasion rating and cleanability.

Where code applies, materials meet commercial flammability standards like Cal TB 117 — seating that’s safe as well as comfortable.

Clean upholstery is in the details: tight, even tufting; straight seams; crisp welting; pattern alignment that holds across a long banquette run. Because our upholstery shop works beside our millwork division, seat heights and depths are dialed in and the cushion lands flush to the wood base — no gaps.
