From our Phoenix shop we built the booth seating, banquettes, solid-wood tabletops and host-stand casework that shape the room, engineering each piece for the constant turnover a busy morning restaurant sees. Materials and finishes were chosen to stand up to daily scrubbing and heavy seating traffic, while dimensions were tuned to keep the dining room flowing during peak weekend rushes. This single-location build shows how we adapt a repeatable brunch concept to a new address without losing the durability the format requires.
