Fundamental Income is a Phoenix-based net-lease real estate investment platform — acquired by Starwood Property Trust in 2025 — with its headquarters in the Esplanade tower on Camelback Road, looking out over the Biltmore area and Camelback Mountain. Lion Craft built the architectural millwork that gives the office its polished, hospitality-grade feel: the waterfall quartz reception desk with the company logo, the coffee bar casework with its wine rack and tall dark-paneled cabinet, the break-room casework, the boardroom wall paneling and credenza, and the wood-veneer planter cabinets that run along the open workstations.
Corporate interiors live and die on fit and finish — mitered stone returns, flush panel reveals, and veneer that matches from cabinet to cabinet. Every piece was detailed in engineered shop drawings, built in our Phoenix shop, and installed by our own crew inside an occupied Class A tower.
